NCGDI is actively planning additional affordable housing and workforce campuses across North Carolina, including opportunities for veterans, seniors, and families seeking affordable, service-integrated living environments.

Providing structured housing with peer accountability, recovery support, and life-skills development.

Through partnerships with community agencies, residents receive access to behavioral health, addiction recovery, and wellness services.

We help participants become part of revitalizing their neighborhoods through local employment and volunteer opportunities.

The Prosperity Commons project is converting an existing triplex and adjacent land into a 20-unit affordable housing development, offering 80 beds for residents in recovery and transition.
